ORDERING A PRESCRIPTION
Since January 1, 2024, we have been obliged to issue a so-called “e-prescription” for all patients with statutory health insurance who do not live in a home. This is provided by us and can be accessed at your pharmacy using your insurance card. We still have to issue a paper prescription for patients in nursing homes, patients with benefits or private insurance.
To avoid waiting times, you can order repeat prescriptions by phone or email. I check the prescriptions and send them off so that you can retrieve them from your pharmacy the following day.
Please always specify:
Name of the patient
Name of the drug
Strength of the drug
Pack size
To avoid misunderstandings, please check that all required medications are listed on the prescriptions.

Common Problems:
- Your insurance card is not activated
- The selected pharmacy does not have the medication, or the medication is not available at all. Then I have to correct the recipe.
- The new system often has problems with the software of everyone involved
